This course will provide the equip learner with the basic knowledge of Kenyan soils in order to sharpen their ability to critically think and solve issues of crop production with soil as a key factor. The learner will also acquire skills and techniques of making soils suitable for crop production so that they can be imaginative in producing crops with various soil amendment techniques. The learner will learn to better take care of soils as determinants of a clean and healthy environment.
